Dr. Iftikhar Ahmad

Dr. Iftikhar Ahmad is a Staff Physician in the Diagnostic Radiology & Imaging Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Diagnostics Institute. With 31 years of experience in diagnostic and interventional radiology, he has trained at some of the world's leading medical institutions including MGH/Harvard Medical School and the University of Indiana. He completed his medical degree at Nishtar Medical University in Pakistan and received advanced fellowship training in interventional radiology and neuroradiology in the United States.

Dr. Ahmad specializes in neuroradiology (imaging of the brain and spine) and interventional radiology (minimally invasive image-guided procedures). He performs general diagnostic radiology and image-guided procedures. Throughout his career, he has published more than 40 peer-reviewed articles and presentations and received recognition for his contributions to the field.

He is a good fit for patients requiring expert diagnostic imaging interpretation, advanced imaging-guided interventions, or second opinions on complex radiological cases.
