Dr. Nargis Ali

Nargis is a UAE-trained physiotherapist with almost 10 years of experience working in Dubai's leading private hospitals. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and a Master's in Public Health and Research from Gulf Medical University, Ajman.

She specialises in assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with particular focus on knee and shoulder rehabilitation, as well as recovery following joint replacement surgery (knee and hip replacements). Her treatment approaches include cervical and lumbar spine care, lymphatic drainage therapy, clinical pilates, and tailored exercise prescription for injury rehabilitation.

Nargis is committed to evidence-based, patient-centred care that supports long-term recovery and wellbeing. Beyond clinical practice, she has a strong interest in ergonomic training and has led numerous workplace wellness and posture programmes for corporate organisations across Dubai, helping employees improve their health and prevent injury.
