Dr. Ashraf M. Al Azzoni

Dr. Ashraf Al Azzoni is a Staff Physician in the Cardiovascular Medicine Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute. He brings 17 years of clinical experience, with particular expertise in treating complex coronary artery disease using advanced invasive and image-guided techniques. Before joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, he worked at Scarborough Health Network and Lakeridge Health in Toronto, Canada, where he managed a wide spectrum of coronary conditions and taught cardiology fellows from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Al Azzoni has performed over 6,000 coronary catheterization procedures and is fellowship-trained in advanced coronary interventions, intra-coronary imaging, and hemodynamic support devices. He specializes in percutaneous coronary interventions and is actively involved with the catheterization lab team and the regional CODE STEMI program for acute heart attack care.
