Dr. Preya Patel

Dr Preya is a British-trained family medicine doctor with 12 years of clinical experience. She qualified from Imperial College London with Merit and completed her general practice training through the London training scheme. She holds membership of the UK Royal College of General Practitioners and Royal College of Physicians, and a diploma from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is currently studying functional medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine.

Dr Preya combines traditional primary care with a personalised, holistic approach. She treats the full range of conditions seen in family medicine—from infections and injuries to chronic conditions like high blood pressure and high cholesterol, respiratory issues, digestive problems, urinary concerns, skin conditions, and hormonal health. She also manages women's and men's health, sexual health and contraception, and emotional health issues. She runs smoking-cessation clinics and focuses on health promotion and wellness optimisation.

Having worked across several London teaching hospitals, Dr Preya brings broad training and can care for patients of all ages and genders, from babies through to older adults. She is committed to evidence-based, personalised medicine and keeping her knowledge current, delivering care with sensitivity and empathy.
