Dr. Asif Ali Khan

Dr. Asif Ali Khan is an intensivist and critical care medicine specialist at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City in Abu Dhabi, with 24 years of clinical experience. He holds qualifications in both critical care medicine and anesthesia, having trained in India and Europe. His career has taken him across the Gulf region, including significant roles at Al Ain Hospital in the UAE and Sohar Hospital in Oman, alongside his current position at SSMC.

Dr. Khan specializes in managing severely unwell patients in intensive care settings, with a particular focus on airway management—a cornerstone skill in both critical care and anesthesia.
