Dr. Sai Babu Jonnada

Dr. Sai Babu Jonnada is a British-trained Consultant Medical Oncologist at LLH Hospital in Abu Dhabi with 16 years of clinical experience. He completed his postgraduate training at leading UK institutions including Oxford, Cardiff, and Belfast City Hospital (Queen's University), where he gained expertise in both medical and radiation oncology. This dual qualification allows him to combine different cancer treatment approaches for each patient's unique situation.

Dr. Jonnada treats a wide range of cancers using chemotherapy, immunotherapy (using the body's immune system to fight cancer), and biological therapy. He is particularly skilled in advanced radiotherapy techniques including IMRT (intensity-modulated radiotherapy), IGRT (image-guided radiotherapy), VMAT, RapidArc, and TomoTherapy—all precision methods that target tumours while minimizing harm to healthy tissue. He has a special interest in urological cancers (cancers of the bladder, prostate, and kidneys) and sarcomas (soft-tissue cancers).
