Dr. Hadiel Azzam Kaiyasah

Dr. Hadiel Azzam Kaiyasah is a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon at Medcare hospital in Dubai, with 15 years of experience. She trained in general surgery at Rashid Hospital, where she spent more than a decade and played a key role in building the Coloproctology Unit. She then pursued specialist training in colorectal surgery at the University Hospital of Geneva and holds European Board certification in Coloproctology from Germany. She completed advanced fellowship training in proctology and pelvic floor surgery at the Royal London Hospital in the UK.

Dr. Kaiyasah treats a full range of colorectal and anorectal conditions using both open and minimally invasive laparoscopic techniques. She has expertise in hemorrhoids, anal fistulas (including complex and recurrent cases), pilonidal sinus disease, rectal prolapse, pelvic floor disorders, fecal incontinence, and constipation. She also performs colorectal cancer screening, laparoscopic gallbladder removal, and appendix surgery. Her practice combines surgical skill with detailed knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the lower bowel and pelvic floor.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Kaiyasah is an Assistant Professor at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences and Dubai Medical College, where she teaches and mentors the next generation of surgeons.
