Dr. Momin Kamal Shah is a Consultant Endocrinologist and Diabetologist with over 18 years of clinical experience. He completed his postgraduate training in the North West of England and has practised extensively across the UK and UAE, including five years as a Consultant in the UK and three years in the UAE before joining King's College Hospital London – Dubai in 2022.
Dr. Shah diagnoses and manages a comprehensive range of endocrine and metabolic conditions. His expertise spans thyroid disorders (underactive and overactive thyroid, thyroid disease in pregnancy), Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, weight management, bone disorders including osteoporosis, pituitary and adrenal conditions, blood pressure problems that are difficult to control, and complications of diabetes. He also treats metabolic issues, vitamin D deficiency, and hormone-related concerns in adults.
