Dr. Hiba Khankan

Dr. Hiba Khankan is a Consultant Paediatric Hospitalist with nearly 13 years of experience in paediatrics. She graduated from Damascus University in Syria in 2006 and completed her paediatric training at Children's Hospital Medical Center of Akron in the USA from 2010 to 2013. She holds American board certifications in both Paediatrics (2013) and Paediatric Hospital Medicine (2019), and now practises at Danat Al Emarat Hospital in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Khankan specialises in caring for children admitted to hospital with common childhood illnesses or multiple medical conditions. She ensures her young patients receive well-coordinated and compassionate care during their stay.
