Dr. Azza K A Alkayyali

Dr. Azza K. A. Alkayyali is a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Burjeel Day Surgery Center in Al Shahama, Abu Dhabi. She completed her medical degree from Baghdad University in 1999 and earned a High Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 2006. In 2019, she became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG), a recognised international credential. With over 23 years of clinical experience, Dr. Alkayyali has built a broad practice across women's health and complex gynaecological care.

Her clinical work spans maternal-fetal medicine (managing high-risk pregnancies), reproductive endocrinology and infertility, gynaecologic oncology (pre-cancerous and cancer conditions), and early pregnancy assessment. She is experienced in all types of caesarean deliveries, obstetric emergencies, a wide range of gynaecological operations, and ambulatory (walk-in) gynaecology clinics. Dr. Alkayyali also diagnoses and manages fertility problems and other gynaecological disorders across low-risk and high-risk cases.
