Dr. Remya Rajan

Dr. Remya Rajan is a Specialist Pulmonologist with 5 years of experience managing respiratory conditions in adults. She completed her MBBS and MD in Pulmonary Medicine from Government Medical College in Kerala, India, and holds a DNB qualification in Pulmonary Medicine. She practises at Medeor Hospital in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Rajan specializes in the full spectrum of lung and breathing problems, including sleep-related breathing disorders such as sleep apnea, airway diseases, and respiratory emergencies. She is experienced in interventional pulmonology procedures including bronchoscopy (viewing and treating airways), thoracoscopy (keyhole chest surgery), and pulmonary function testing. She also performs ICD insertion and manages patients on ventilators in critical care settings.

Her particular focus is on critically ill patients requiring intensive respiratory support and noninvasive ventilation (breathing assistance without a breathing tube).
