Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ali Mahmoud is a consultant radiologist with 20 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, including 9 years practising in the UAE. He trained in Egypt at the Maadi Military Complex and Aswan Oncology Center, building strong academic foundations before relocating to Abu Dhabi, where he practices at Mediclinic.
His clinical focus spans general radiology with particular expertise in musculoskeletal imaging (joints, spine, soft tissue), cardiac imaging, neuroradiology (brain and spinal cord), hepatobiliary imaging (liver and bile ducts), and interventional procedures. He has extensive experience in liver-transplant imaging and non-vascular interventional radiology — techniques that use imaging guidance to perform minimally invasive treatments.
Dr. Mahmoud holds advanced qualifications including an MD-PhD and Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (UK).
