Dr. Rachel Mathew

Dr Rachel Mathew is a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist with over 12 years of clinical experience. She completed her medical degree (MBBS) from A.J. Institute of Medical Sciences in Mangalore, India in 2010, followed by specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology from Sri Siddhartha Medical College in Karnataka. She holds advanced fellowships in ultrasound and laparoscopic gynaecology surgery, and is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (UK). Before relocating to Abu Dhabi in 2017, Dr Mathew worked across leading private hospitals in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

Dr Mathew provides comprehensive care across obstetrics and gynaecology, including antenatal and high-risk pregnancy management, infertility evaluation, and both vaginal and caesarean deliveries. She performs minimally invasive gynaecological procedures such as laparoscopic surgery, hysterectomy, and myomectomy (fibroid removal), as well as colposcopy and cervical cancer screening. Her training in advanced obstetric ultrasound enables detailed fetal assessment and diagnosis.
