Dr. Sebastian Kunz

Dr. Sebastian Kunz is an orthopedic and trauma surgeon with more than 15 years of experience. He trained in Germany, earning his MD from the University of Cologne in 2006 and completing his residency in Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery from 2007 to 2013, after which he was certified as a Specialist Physician for Orthopedics and Accident Surgery. He has held senior roles in prestigious orthopedic and sports medicine clinics, including Medical Director at Lanserhof at the Arts Club in London (2018–2022) and Club Doctor for Chelsea FC since January 2023.

Dr. Kunz treats a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and diseases affecting the shoulder, ankle, knee, wrist, hand, hip, pelvis, and spine. His clinical toolkit includes diagnostic ultrasound, ultrasound-guided injections (steroids, hyaluronic acid, platelet-rich plasma), extracorporeal shockwave therapy for conditions like plantar fasciitis and tendon inflammation, dry needling for muscle trigger points, and custom orthotics.
