Dr. Jaspreet Singh Sandhu

Dr. Jaspreet Singh Sandhu is a consultant urologist with 22 years of clinical experience, currently practising at NMC Healthcare in Abu Dhabi. He trained at the Armed Forces Medical College in Pune, India, where he completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery, followed by specialist training in urology at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh. He brings additional fellowships in minimally invasive surgery and urology from institutions in India and abroad.

Dr. Sandhu is known for treating a broad spectrum of urological conditions with a patient-centred approach. His key areas of expertise include kidney stone management, prostate disease, bladder disorders, stress incontinence in women, renal transplantation, urological cancers, and male infertility. He specializes in laser-based and minimally invasive techniques such as endourology and laparoscopic surgery, which reduce recovery time and trauma compared to open procedures. He also offers urodynamic testing to assess bladder and urinary function.

Before joining NMC Healthcare, Dr. Sandhu worked at Bahrain Specialist Hospital in Manama and spent significant time serving the Indian armed forces across military hospitals throughout India. His experience spans both tertiary-care hospital settings and specialist centres.
